drop & run would mean plating up the starter and then leaving a main course either in the oven or ready for the oven and puddings plated ready to go stay & bake means that we would stay the whole evening and cook & serve each course ourselves, this can be a little invasive if you want to be alone and have some fun. if it’s pampering your after and don’t mind us banging around your kitchen all night then this is the choice for you.
